• LABOUR LAW
  Our main profile includes comprehensive legal representation of companies, so all of our lawyers deals with the full range of labour law affairs on a daily basis. Our labour law related services cover, in addition to ongoing consultancy, the preparation and commenting of employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, regulations, directives and documents terminating employment relationship, the participation in implementing reorganizations and collective redundancies and the conduct of labour lawsuits first of all on behalf of employers, however, we are highly experienced also in representing employees in legal actions and in providing them advice.

• COMPETITION LAW
  Our Law Office has significant references in cases of competition law, in particular in cases brought for authorization of concentration of enterprises before the Hungarian Competition Authority in the course of which we render assistance to our Clients from the preparation of transactions to the filing of applications for authorization on an ongoing and comprehensive basis. Our competition law services include legal representation in procedures before the Competition Authority, including judicial review. Our lawyers have acted as full legal representatives in numerous proceedings of great importance before the Competition Authority.

• PUBLIC PROCUREMENT
  Our public procurement practice covers, in addition to assisting the entities acting as contracting authorities, comprehensive consultancy for the individuals intending to participate in public procurement procedures as tenderers, from interpretation of tender notices and documentation through compilation of tenders to their filing via the EPS (Electric Procurement System). Our Clients have often asked for our collaboration in instituting and conducting remedial proceedings before the Public Procurement Arbitration Board, including judicial reviews. Furthermore, our legal services related to public procurement include consultancy on the performance of contracts concluded based on public procurement procedures.

• CONSUMER PROTECTION
  Our consumer protection consultancy services are provided first of all to enterprises but in may cases we have successfully enforced the consumer rights of private individuals as well. In the course of providing our consumer protection legal services, we draw up and comment general terms and conditions of contract, collaborate in management of consumer complaints and act for enforcing warranty and guarantee claims. Furthermore, our services include legal representation in proceedings before Conciliation Boards.

• PHARMACEUTICAL LAW AND HEALTH LAW
  One of our main profiles is legal consultancy provided to operators in the pharmaceutical sector. We have dominant experience of several decades in the set of Hungarian and EU rules of law and also in the related legal practices of great importance. We also take part in answering questions arising in connection with the manufacture and trade (including retail and wholesale trade) of pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical detailing. We are experienced in the issues of pharmaceutical law, in particular in providing legal representation in preliminary ruling proceedings before the European Court of Justice.

• ADMINISTRATIVE LAW
  Considering that most of the cases covered by our professional fields (pharmaceutical law, consumer protection, building industry, waste management, etc.) are started with or form a part of an administrative law procedure, we may say we deal with public administration on a daily basis. Administrative law covers a very wide field of law, so our colleagues lay high emphasis on further deepening of their knowledge in each individual administrative field in the framework of research work aimed at analyzing legal practices.

• LEGAL REPRESENTATION IN LAWSUITS
  We also render assistance to our Clients in their representation in lawsuits. Our lawyers are well experienced not only in proceedings before ordinary courts but also in legal representation in arbitration proceedings both in Hungary and abroad. In several cases where a Client was represented by our Law Office we have reached the supreme judicial forum and the Commission of the European Union and in several such cases the Supreme Court (Curia) ruled in our Clients’ favour and by now that has become a part of daily legal practice to be invoked.

• TRADEMARKS
  In the field of trademark law we are engaged mostly in services connected with the registration of national, international and EU trademarks. Our legal services include the research work preceding registration of a sign as a trademark, the legal consultancy related to the design of a sign and representation in opposition proceedings during the registration procedure.

• ENVIRONMENTAL LAW
  We have outstanding experience in the field of waste management. Our Clients include companies formerly engaged in the collection and management of municipal waste but, due to the changes in legislation in the meanwhile, now engaged in the collection, transport, disposal and utilization of mostly industrial waste (including both hazardous and non-hazardous waste), which are the dominant operators of both national and international markets in their own professional fields. The permanent legal representation of these companies enable us to have an insight in the daily legal issues and problems to be solved in the sector.

  Our colleagues well experienced in intellectual property law, copyrights and publishing rights are able to support our Client’s such activities efficiently, whereby they provide advice, participate in negotiations on the enforcement of our Clients’ rights, in non-judicial and judicial proceedings, in the negotiation and drafting of contracts and agreements that ensure well-balanced exercise of law in respect of their rights and obligations, both on behalf of authors and on behalf of exercisers of rights of use and publishers.

• COMPANY LAW AND COMMERCIAL LAW
  Our colleagues are widely experienced in the field of company law and corporate law. We assist our Clients in the course of foundation of companies, all kinds of company changes, acquisitions and transformations, whereby they participate in the design of company structures, in the planning of company groups and in the preparation of the related company documents and conduct of the company procedure. We have experience in the conduct of cross-border transformations and can render assistance in efforts to establish a company abroad. In the field of commercial law we render legal assistance primarily in national and international trade contracts and agreements and commercial relations by drafting the required documents and participating in the negotiations leading to them. Our colleagues, in close cooperation with the Client, participate also in the negotiation processes, providing so the most comprehensive legal assistance to ensure that an agreement to be concluded is well-prepared for the stage of business implementation in legal terms as well.

• REAL ESTATE LAW AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
  Our colleagues have wide experience in conducting transactions concerning sale and utilization of real estates on other grounds, also in the framework of cooperation with institutional and private clients. We represent our Clients in the course of clearing real estates subject to execution and those encumbered with a mortgage of encumbrance for the purposes of acquisition of the real estate or the claims they are encumbered with. Our colleagues have provided services to our Clients also in the course of implementation of small- and large-scale real estate development projects, brownfield projects and condominium construction projects since the foundation of our Office and we participate in the regulatory procedures, the construction process, land office administration and also in the phase of selling, in all cases of legal relevance.

• GDPR
  Our Law Office renders assistance in data protection matters to both its existing and new Clients. In the framework of our data protection activity, we carry our data protection audits and, as a result, make a proposal for adjusting the Client's data processing practice to the provisions of the GDPR. Based on permanent appointment, we perform data protection officer’s (DPO) services as well. If we are requested to do so, we work together with our data security experts to ensure that the data processing activities performed by our Clients are satisfactory also from the point of view of data security.
